Register for this trail run - it’s motivating!
A trail run through the mountains is an incredible way to start your day, end your day or spend the day. The landscape changes throughout the year and it looks different depending on whether you have morning sun, full sun or evening sun. Sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous. But doing a group trail run is an entirely different experience — motivating and fun. The Griffith Park 8K offers amazing views if the valley and the downtown Los Angeles skyline. It also gives you a perfect view of the Hollywood sign and takes place just above the Los Angeles Zoo. I’ve done it two times previously and last year my daughter joined me — fantastic. The trail races bring out the community and, at this event, family and friends set up picnics to watch the race and to enjoy an after-race party. I encourage you run the Griffith Park trail race or one in your community — I promise it will be motivating!
